Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly through our contact form — name, email address, company, and any details you share about your project. We also collect limited technical information automatically through our analytics provider, including page views, referring URLs, browser type, approximate location (city-level), and interaction events. We do not sell or rent personal information.

We use Vercel Analytics for privacy-friendly, cookie-less product analytics. This gives us aggregate page views and visitor counts without setting tracking cookies or collecting personally identifiable browser fingerprints.

We use Google reCAPTCHA v3 on our contact form to prevent spam submissions. reCAPTCHA may set cookies and collect device information as described in Google's privacy policy.

When you submit our contact form, your message is delivered to us via Resend, our transactional email provider. When you book a discovery call, scheduling is handled by Cal.com, which collects the information needed to confirm and run the meeting (name, email, time zone). Form submissions are protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3. Each of these providers maintains their own privacy practices, and your data is governed by their policies while in their systems.

We use the information you provide to respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, deliver the services you've engaged us for, and send relevant follow-up communication. We use aggregate analytics to understand how the site is used and to improve it. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.

OWDS is based in Ontario, Canada and complies with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request corrections to inaccurate or incomplete information
• Withdraw consent for ongoing communication at any time
• Request deletion of your information, subject to legal retention requirements
• File a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada

We retain contact form submissions and related correspondence for as long as needed to support an active engagement and for a reasonable period thereafter for our records and legal obligations. Aggregate analytics data is retained on a rolling basis as configured by our analytics provider. We delete or anonymize personal information that is no longer needed.

Our site is hosted on Vercel with HTTPS enforced for all traffic. We use reputable third-party providers with their own security programs and limit access to your information to people who need it to do their work. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.

We may update this policy as our services and the law evolve. The “Last updated” date below reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
